Booking Policy
All reservations must be booked in advance. A deposit is required to secure all services.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 48 hours before service receive a full refund of the deposit.
Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.
Weather Policy (Boat Charters)
Boat charters may be rescheduled due to unsafe weather conditions at the captain’s discretion.
Rental Responsibility Policy
Renters are responsible for any damages, lost equipment, or excessive cleaning required during the rental period.
Late Arrival Policy
Time lost due to late arrival will be deducted from the reservation time.
Safety Policy
All passengers must follow safety instructions. CCD Travel reserves the right to end a trip without refund for unsafe or disruptive behavior.
Payment Policy
Full payment is due before the start of service unless otherwise agreed.
